ACL rehab and post-surgery physiotherapy in Monaghan
Structured rehab from the first weeks after surgery to a tested return to sport.

About ACL and post-surgery rehabilitation
Rehab after ACL reconstruction or other orthopaedic surgery works best when it's structured. Your programme is progressed in stages, and each step is earned with strength and movement targets, not just time since surgery.
The clinic's rehab gym and VALD ForceDecks and ForceFrame testing mean you can see your progress in numbers, and know when your strength on the injured side has caught up.

When should I start rehab after surgery?
Usually soon after your operation. Your rehab follows any guidance from your surgeon, and we'll start with what's appropriate for that stage.
How do I know I'm ready to return to sport?
We use VALD strength and jump testing to compare your injured and uninjured sides, along with running and agility work. Returning when the numbers support it lowers the risk of setbacks.
Do you offer rehab for surgery other than ACL?
Yes. We provide rehabilitation after a range of orthopaedic operations. Book an assessment and we'll plan your programme.
