What happens at my first appointment?
We start with a full assessment of your injury, movement and history, explain what we find, and begin treatment. You leave with a clear plan and exercises to do at home.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. For hip, knee or ankle problems, bring shorts. For shoulder or back problems, a vest top or loose t-shirt helps.
Do you treat children and teenagers?
Yes. We see children, teenagers, elite sportspeople and active adults, including young players with growth-related and sports injuries.
Is VALD testing painful?
No. The tests are quick and pain-free, and we choose them to suit the stage of your rehab. Results are shared and explained during the same session.
When is the clinic open?
The clinic runs Monday to Saturday. Available times are shown when you book online, or call and we'll find a slot that suits.
How do I book?
Book online and choose an appointment time that works for you, or call 089 488 9336.
