Physiotherapist

James Cahill

James is a CORU-registered physiotherapist and a first class honours physiotherapy graduate of the University of Limerick. He works with people of all ages and activity levels, from athletes to anyone who simply wants to move and function without pain.

GAA has been part of James's life since childhood, and he is physiotherapist to Westerns GFC, providing pitch-side care throughout their league and championship campaigns. Having been through an ACL reconstruction himself, he knows first-hand what it takes to get back to sport, which drives his interest in knee and ACL rehab and return to play.

His approach is simple: find the cause, explain it clearly, and build a progressive, exercise-based plan that gets you back to what matters to you. Outside the clinic he runs and trains, having completed a marathon and a Hyrox in the last 18 months.
