About back and neck pain physiotherapy

Back and neck pain often has more than one cause. We look at how you move, sit, work and train, treat the sore area, and give you exercises that keep it settled so it doesn't keep coming back.

Treatment combines hands-on care with a personalised exercise programme, and may include dry needling or Tecar therapy where they help.
